Our Public Affairs consultancy based in Brussels is looking for a motivated Administrative intern to reinforce our team. You will join a team of 5 people, who will support your full integration and provide guidance throughout your journey. Your role will be central in creating a fun office space and will include a variety of tasks ranging from organization of events to financial and invoicing administration and the overall management of our office.

What are we looking for?
- You have an excellent level of English (French or Dutch is an asset)
- You are a recent graduate (or in the final stages) in a relevant field (Business, economics, office management, finance or accounting) and have a first experience in a similar position, ideally involving invoicing or financial tracking
- You have excellent planning and organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- You are detail-oriented and able to show assertiveness, flexibility and autonomy
- You have a service-oriented approach to interactions with clients
- You are able to observe deadlines and prioritise tasks
- You have a good knowledge of Excel or other financial tracking systems, including invoicing and expense tracking
- You have a good knowledge of accounting or finance, with a particular interest in invoicing and payment follow-up
- You love working closely with other people and are a great team player
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Supporting invoicing processes, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up of invoices
- Monitoring payments and maintaining Excel-based financial tracking tools
- Supporting on the overall administration and finances of the office, with a strong focus on financial administration
- Assisting on a wide range of ad-hoc administrative and finance projects, including invoicing, expense monitoring, and reporting
