Hugo holds a master’s degree in international relations, globalisation and public policy from the Free University of Brussels. Before joining PI as a Mobility Consultant, he worked as a European affairs intern at ENGIE and as a transport policy analyst at EU Issue Tracker for a year and a half. A native French speaker, Hugo is fluent in English and strives to maintain his knowledge of Spanish.
