As a Consultant in the digital practice at Political Intelligence Brussels, Stefanos advises companies and trade associations on a broad range of European digital policies, with particular expertise in content regulation, data protection, law enforcement and the protection of children online. Before joining Political Intelligence, he worked on international digital development policy as a trainee at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA) and conducted research on digital technology law at the GEODE Centre (Geopolitics of the Datasphere), based at Paris 8 University.
Stefanos is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure in Paris and holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), as well as a master’s degree in public international law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He speaks fluent Greek, English and French.
