As a Policy Communications Consultant at Political Intelligence Brussels, Thomas contributes to the design and delivery of strategic communication and public affairs initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Combining analytical rigour with a strong sense of narrative, he develops tailored content and campaigns, supports stakeholder engagement, and conducts in-depth media and policy monitoring across a range of sectors.
Thomas holds a joint master’s degree in Political Communication and Democratic Risks from the Université Catholique de Louvain, Sciences Po Aix and the Université de Sherbrooke. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Prior to joining Political Intelligence, he gained experience in public affairs and policy research at Verian, the TUI Group in Brussels, and Paradigme Stratégies in Montréal (Canada). He is fluent in French and English.
