Quentin has led multiple public affairs campaigns in the areas of telecommunications, competition and digital policy. Building on this experience, he guides our teams and clients when it comes to tactical positioning and strategic engagement plans. Prior to joining Political Intelligence, Quentin worked as a policy executive in a trade association in the energy sector focusing on climate action.
