As a Policy Communications intern at Political Intelligence Brussels, Manuel supports the delivery of strategic communications for PI clients. His responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of communication, from managing social media and audiovisual production to media relations and campaign support.
Manuel holds a master’s degree in Political Communication from Cardiff University and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Coimbra. Prior to joining Political Intelligence, he gained experience at a European political party in political campaign communications. He is fluent in Portuguese and English, and is currently learning French.
