Marco is a Consultant in the Energy, Sustainability & Mobility team at Political Intelligence, where he supports clients in designing and executing effective public affairs strategies. With broad cross-sectoral expertise, spanning renewable fuels, waste, water, automotive, industrial policy, buildings, urban mobility, road decarbonisation, circular economy and product legislation, Marco brings a truly holistic understanding of today’s policy landscape. He works across both short- and long-term projects, always with a strong focus on impact and results. From strategic foresight to hands-on engagement, Marco manages all dimensions of public affairs with a client-first mindset, committed to delivering value, anticipating policy shifts, and building long-lasting partnerships based on trust.
Marco holds a Master’s degree in International Security from SciencesPo Paris, where he also obtained his Bachelor’s degree focusing on transatlantic relations. Before joining PI as an intern, Marco was a trainee at the transatlantic think tank German Marshall Fund of the United States in Paris, focusing on geopolitical analysis. He also worked as a research trainee at the Italian think tank Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), contributing to research on EU energy policy. A native Italian speaker, Marco is fluent in both English and French, and has a beginner level in Spanish.
