Jon holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA in Political Science from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, the latter during which he also spent a semester at the University of Sheffield. He previously worked as a research assistant and case writer in business strategy, sustainability and geopolitics at Spain’s IESE Business School. He has also held internship positions at the Spanish Embassy in Croatia and in the Catalan regional government’s foreign affairs department. Jon has dual Spanish-British nationality, with a native command of English, Spanish and Catalan, and an intermediate knowledge of French.
