Millán holds a joint Bachelor of Arts in Government and Philosophy from Harvard College, with a focus on algorithmic fairness and digital justice. Millán has interned at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Center for Applied Non-Violent Actions and Strategies in Belgrade, and the European Parliament. Most recently, he was an EU Digital Policy intern at PI Brussels – he is now in Madrid to bolster his Public Affairs career within the Spanish ecosystem. Millán boasts fluency in English, Spanish, French, and (to a lesser degree) Portuguese, with some understanding of Italian and a recently ignited passion for Mandarin.
