Carlos holds a degree in Political and Administration Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University, had an international experience at the University of Turku (Finland) and is currently studying a degree in Law at the Open University of Catalonia. He has also gained experience in the Public Affairs and Communication sector, both in consulting firms and in a company integrated in the energy sector. Carlos speaks Spanish, Catalan and English and has an intermediate level of French.
