As a Consultant in the Digital Team of Political Intelligence Brussels, Manuel manages multistakeholder forums and trade associations, while advising on EU legislative files in the fields of telecommunications, cloud and digital infrastructure. He holds Master’s degrees in European Studies from the University of Turin and in EU International Relations from the College of Europe.
Before joining Political Intelligence, Manuel gained experience in the telecom sector at the International Telecommunication Union. A native Italian speaker, he is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
