Manuel holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from Turin University and a second Master’s in EU International Relations from the College of Europe. Before joining Political Intelligence, he worked at an Italian-based Telco SME and interned at the International Telecommunication Union, hence his background in the telecommunications and digital sectors. A native Italian speaker, Manuel is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is currently improving his French.
