Andra holds a double degree in Law and Political Science & Public Administration by the Universidad Autonóma de Madrid and a Master’s degree in International Affairs by ICADE. She began her professional career at Repsol and subsequently worked in Brussels at the European associations FuelsEurope and UPEI, where she held the position of Policy Officer for 4 years. Prior to joining Political Intelligence, she worked as a lawyer in a law firm specialised in excise duties with a special focus into the energy sector. She speaks Spanish, English, German and Romanian.
