As part of the digital team, David supports the analysis of EU legislative files and policy developments, with a particular focus on telecommunications and artificial intelligence. His responsibilities include working on industry associations, preparing stakeholder meetings and monitoring key institutional developments in these areas.
David holds master’s degrees in EU Studies from the College of Europe, in Political Science from Sciences Po Bordeaux and in International Relations from the University of Coimbra. Prior to joining Political Intelligence, he gained experience at the Secretariat-General of the European Commission, working on governance matters. He has also worked at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both before and during the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, as well as in French local politics. David is fluent in Portuguese, French, English and Spanish.
