Javier Fernández holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Middlebury College (Vermont, USA), has studied at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) and holds a Master’s Degree in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges). Before joining Political Intelligence, Javier developed his professional experience in New York, London, Paris and Brussels. He speaks Spanish, Galician, English and French.
