Juan Carlos holds a degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he also completed academic stays in the United States. He earned a Master’s in Public Affairs (IMF), which strengthened his interest in political participation and in the analysis of national and international affairs. Since finishing his studies, he has worked in public affairs consultancy, gaining specialized experience . He is fluent in Spanish and English.
