Oona holds two master’s degrees from the University College London in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism and in Security Studies, during which she focused on deterring criminal behaviour online. She has substantive experience in the legislative European ecosystem, having worked 1 year at the European Parliament. As a digital consultant, she is honing her skills in European political strategy as well as her keen interest in cyber policies. Oona speaks English and French fluently, has a good understanding of Italian and strives to further her Russian.
