Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid, where completed an Erasmus exhange at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and holds a Master’s degree in European Union from CEU San Pablo University. He has worked at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation on European affairs, in a political cabinet focusing on political communication and in the sector of customer service. He has also participated in debate simulations of the UN, EU, and the Congress of Deputies. Speaks Spanish, English and French.
