As Senior Consultant at Political Intelligence, Elena supports clients with their policy communications needs, ensuring their messages reach the right audiences in Brussels and make an impact. She works across sectors, with particular focus in digital matters spanning infrastructure, telecoms and platforms, and brings additional expertise in association management and the communication of sector-wide interests.
Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from LUISS University in Rome and a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Before joining PI, she handled the communications of a range of EU-funded projects. A native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
