Germán graduated with excellence in Political Science and Public Management from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) and holds a Master’s degree in Political and Electoral Analysis at the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M). He has worked in the Political Science Department of the UPV-EHU, specialising in political and social research and data analysis. He speaks Spanish, English and Basque.
