Guénolé focuses most of his work on content moderation, consumer policy and competition. He has served a variety of clients including large internet companies, cybersecurity and civil society organisations. On top of monitoring policy developments, Guénolé has also created and led advocacy campaigns over the years. Prior to joining Political Intelligence, Guénolé worked within the European Parliament and the French Digital Affairs Ministry.
