As a Consultant at Political Intelligence Brussels, Maria specialises in events organisation and trade association management across sectors, such as digital, tech, food and health. Her role involves running associations and coalitions, managing membership and supporting governance bodies, planning and coordinating events and handling internal & external communications. Before joining Political Intelligence, she worked as a Trainee at the Council of the European Union, focusing on EU enlargement in the Western Balkans, and as an EU Policy, Communications and Events Assistant at a trade association.
Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from University of Piraeus and a Master’s degree in European Studies from KU Leuven. A native Greek speaker, she is also fluent in English and French and has good command of Spanish.
