A dual graduate student in International Governance and Diplomacy at Sciences Po and Peking University, Elena is joining Political Intelligence Brussels to further develop her practical skills in public affairs. She is working on various files, with a focus on the digital and energy sectors. Elena holds a Double Bachelor’s degree in Law and Applied Foreign Languages and previously conducted an internship placement at the International Criminal Court. She is fluent in English, Dutch and French, with a working level of German and intermediate knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.
