Félix is an Intern within Political Intelligence’s Belgian and EU team, based in Brussels. His work focuses primarily on energy policy, with an additional focus on transport, supporting clients active in both sectors. He monitors legislative and regulatory developments, advises clients, maps stakeholders, and conducts policy research.
Prior to joining Political Intelligence, Félix gained experience through internships at the Belgian Chamber of Representatives, the European Parliament, the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU, where he worked on external relations. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and a specialised Master’s in European Studies, Regionalism and Global Governance from the Institute for European Studies (ULB).
Félix is Belgian, native in French and Dutch, and fluent in English.
