Jill is a Consultant in the Energy, Sustainability & Mobility team at Political Intelligence, where she supports clients in designing and executing effective public affairs strategies in the field of energy policy. She holds a Master’s degree in Conflict and Development Studies from Ghent University, and an Advanced Masters’ degree in International Management and Strategy from Vlerick Business School. Jill started her career with an internship at the International Labour Organisation, in the Office for the EU and Benelux countries. She then worked for two years as expert on Climate and Energy policy at the Belgian Federation of Enterprises (VBO FEB), advising sectoral federations on evolving federal and European climate and energy legislation and helping them assess strategic implications for the industry. Motivated by a passion for European climate and energy policy, Jill subsequently joined the European Commission for an internship within the unit “Fair Green and Digital Transitions” (DG EMPL), after which she joined Political Intelligence. A native Dutch speaker, Jill is both fluent in English and French.
