María Rosa has a proven track record in campaign management and strategic advice in Spain to companies and associations in regulatory affairs, public affairs and public policy. She lectures and teaches lobbying and advocacy and is co-author of “El lobby en España: ¿Asignatura pendiente?” (AA.VV, Ed. Algón, 2014), “El futuro de la Comunicación” (LID Editorial, 2014), and “Lobbying in Europe” (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017).
She holds Law Degree by the Madrid’s CEU Luis Vives, and a Diploma in European Community Law at the Centro de Estudios Europeos in the University of Alcalá de Henares. She completed her education in European studies with an LL.M in European Community Law in the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) where she gained in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications and IT regulatory issues.
