Santiago Cervera holds a degree in Medicine from the University of Navarra and a Master’s in Healthcare Services Management and Administration from ICADE. He has garnered over three decades of experience in diverse roles within the healthcare sector, both at the private and public spheres. Cervera served as the Health Regional Minister of the Government of Navarra, as Senator and as Congressman for two legislative terms, during which he served as the Fourth Secretary of the Board of Congress and played a key role in drafting several healthcare and social laws. Prior to this, he directed the Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research in addition to working in various positions within the private sector for nearly 20 years, focusing on pharmaceuticals, public health, digital health, and strategic consulting.
