Guillermo provides guidance, policy monitoring, analysis and support to companies and associations on EU digital-related topics, mainly on data privacy and cybersecurity. He previously gained experience at the European Banking Federation, the Information Technology Industry Council, and the Council of the European Union as a trainee and as a Manager at the European Cyber Security Organisation. He holds a dual degree in Law and International Relations at the Comillas Pontifical University, a master’s degree in law and politics of international security at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a LLM in Access to the Legal Profession from UOC. He is fluent in Spanish, English and with a good level of French and you can find him playing padel or hiking in the South of Belgium.
